Orders going to a PO Box

In Canada, Canada Post is the only carrier that delivers to a PO Box. Any order going to a PO Box will travel with Canada Post, whatever shipping service is on the order.

If an address fails validation or comes back from the carrier, check it in Canada Post's postal code lookup. If the lookup cannot find it, the parcel is unlikely to be delivered there. Ask your customer whether they receive mail at a PO Box or another address, and update the order before it is recreated.
