Why tracking can look stuck for the first few days

Modified on Tue, 22 Sep at 10:31 AM

Some parcels travel in bulk to a hub closer to their destination before they are handed to the final carrier. Until that carrier has the parcel, its tracking page may show nothing, no delivery date, or an older update than the parcel actually has.

What to do

Check the tracking number again a day later.

If it still shows nothing, or no movement for several days past the delivery date, open a ticket with the order number and tracking number.

We can see where the parcel is on our side even when the carrier's page is behind, and we will tell you the latest scan and the delivery estimate.
